Cesa coverups try to be versatile, something you can wear out on the beach and something you can wear in the city. My favorite Cesa coverup is this Canaria Island dress, because it is a fun dress that you can play around with! It has a low back detail that makes you feel sexy even when you are "covered up".
With this design being almost sold-out in Superb Bazaar last May 2012, I decided to make this dress in a variety of fabrics.
